TAI CHI CHUAN
TAI CHI is an art that teaches you to move slower and realign the pain in your body, relieve stress and have you feeling better with no hard work outs. Sensei Dave Deluca takes through “Tai Chi” class step by step. Learn to move slowly to realign your body, relieve stress, learn to relax and feel better, without hard workouts! Anyone, age 15 to 90, is welcome to register!
